Are you an awkward social dancer? Don’t know how to dance at parties or look good dancing at a party? In today’s video I will show you how I turned an awkward party dancer into a confident one. Here’s a story of Sagi who has made great progress inside my Confidence Through Dance program.
Today I wanted to show you a very early, only 4-week transformation of one of my clients – Sagi.

I know I usually share ‘final’ results of my clients but I also wanted to show you what happens in the very beginning of my program if you’re starting from zero – zero rhythm, zero coordination, zero moves but lots of stiffness 😉

What we were able to accomplish so far:
✅ we built Sagi’s rhythm skills – he can dance without losing the beat following 2 different rhythmic patterns: the snare as well as the tempo
✅ coordination is getting better – Sagi can move 2-3 body parts at once without losing the beat
✅ the body is gradually becoming less stiff
✅ transitions between the movements require less thinking – he can switch between different moves without planning it out ahead of time or copying me

..and this is only the beginning! Sagi will continue to improve and I cannot wait to show you his future transformation!
