When Pat joined Confidence Through Dance he wanted to dance at a wedding he had coming up as he was tired of avoiding the dance floor.

PROBLEM:
Pat struggled with rhythm and not knowing what to do on the dance floor. Whenever he would try he would look robotic and like he was thinking too hard. It was hard for him to move different parts of his body and he didn’t want to look disjointed on the dance floor.

SOLUTION:
Confidence Through Dance – my online program – provided Pat with a structure and a step-by-step system to build permanent dance skills (rhythm, coordination, ability to freestyle) as well as the confidence to be able to dance in front of others. That allowed him to enjoy himself on the dance floor. He enjoyed dancing at the wedding just a few weeks later 🙂
