Today I want to share a beginner dance transformation of Kate who made incredible progress inside the Confidence Through Dance program.
PROBLEM:
Kate started as absolute beginner who struggled with dancing, especially dancing in front of others when going out.
SOLUTION:
Kate joined Confidence Through Dance – my program where I transform clients from not enjoying themselves when dancing in front of others to being confident, skilled social dancers. She followed my method step by step and started seeing results already in the initial weeks of the program.
DID IT WORK:
Absolutely! Kate has fundamental dance skills – she can dance to any song correctly, she can now follow the beat, smoothly transition between the moves on her own. Her confidence to dance when others are watching improved drastically. Kate also has a wide variety of movements she can freely use on the dance floor and we’re still learning more!
