This week was crazy! Shuffle-wise. I can’t believe how many people are into shuffle these days. It’s not the first time I have someone coming from another country to learn shuffle dancing here in NYC. And I’m enjoying every minute of my dance teacher life shuffling away ?

Lots of people complain they have stiff shoulders and they are not sure how to move them when dancing in the club. In this video I’m showing basic shoulder moves you can add to your freestyle. Remember: the more you move the shoulders the sooner they will loosen up.
